Tourist Visa

The Applicant should have a passport valid for a minimum period of three months beyond the expiry of visa.

One Visa application form duly filled in and signed (photocopy allowed).

Two recent passport-size color photographs.

Original invitation letter from the inviting Organization / Firm on the Firm's letterhead, in Azeri language and addressed to the Consular Department, mentioning all the relevant details of the Applicant.

Confirmed onward / return air ticket.

A copy of the Registration Certificate of the inviting Firm in Azerbaijan.

The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Bank statement for last three months.

All visa applications are referred to Ministry of Foreign Affairs and approval can take 7 to 10 days.

Processing time is 48 hrs after visa approval is received.

Bussiness Visa

---

Passport valid for atleast six months.

The Applicant should have a passport valid for at least period of three months beyond the expiry of visa.

One Photographs with white background.

One visa form (photocopy allowed).

A covering letter, requesting to issue the Business visa, from the Applicant or his Organization.

Original Invitation letter

Registration certificate of invitee company.

Confirmed onward / return air ticket.

A copy of the Registration Certificate of the inviting Firm in Azerbaijan.

Income tax returns for the last three years.

Bank statement for last three months.

Overseas Medical Insurance Policy.

HIV test certificate from the Embassy appointed doctor.
